  Went through drive thru today, ordered the Angus cheeseburger minus the cheese. The information on the screen was incorrect(Said Classic Angus) so i questioned it while at the screen and was told it was ok. I asked yet again at the window if the order was the Angus cheeseburger and was told it was correct. Of course I get back to work and the Burger is a Classic Angus! How many times do i need to question my order until i get the right items? Was asking twice not enough? Obviously i need to ask at least 3 times next trip to get the right order!

  The worst coffee ever ordered cappuccino dine in at 17.39 halve strength Expect it to come in a mug WRONG its in a Take away cup and when i said something she walked back tipped it in a mug spinkled some chocolate over it" here" What an appalling service , flat white no throf disgusting took it back asked to try again Next one got a double shot of the most bitter coffee ive ever had from a Mc Donald's cafè Now what do i do next get my money back and go else where ??? I do speak English language what wrong with these young ones! BAD NEWS for this store never again here Thanks Danny Well i went and spoke to a manager got my money back and a free coffee made by her much beter the way i like it Good effort i must up my rating some one has trained the managers properly Well done
